Your IVA will stand as it is Lyns, nothing will change with that. You may need to send in different stuff for the review but that's about all.

Thank you Jan, thats what I thought, I always keep everything anyway, the only thing I would not be able to get in time is my husbands P60 as his employer normally hands them out at the end of April.
Final IVA payment made in April 2013, never ever thought we could do it or get through it but we did! X

As long as you send it in as soon as it is received then there shouldn't be a problem,

Have an IVA with BE and recieved letter from Grant Thornton today that they had taken it over with Court agreement. You think somebody might have told me. Have BE got problems, they never, ever replied to recorded delivery letters that I sent them!

Just had another thought, hope I am not going to pay thousands into Grant Thornton, like with BE, and never find out how much has been paid to my Creditors!

Grant Thornton are one of the country's top accountancy firms so you will be in very safe hands. Mel speaks very highly of their IPs too.

You could phone and ask for a statement of account which will show everything that has gone in and gone out.

Aslo, you can work out roughly how much has been paid with:

(payments made - monthly fee %) - initial payment = creditor pot

To defend BE a little here - they have taken a commercial decision to exit the IVA marketplace given that they find IVA work uneconomic. I can fully understand this point - our fees have been cut so dramatically, that it is difficult to provide the full round service we like to do at such low rates. I've been predicting for months now that a major player would exit the market - and I suspect there will be more along the way. GT are an excellent firm, and all clients will be well looked after.

I got home last night and had received a letter from GT explaining to me that they had taken over my account from BE and that everything would run as normal, they expect from me my wage slips and p60 once a year.....they cannot be fairer than that because at BE my wage slips were submitted every 6 months.

I also got an information package so that I had a little bit of background on the company, they appear to be a caring and helpful company but only time will tell, I have no concerns at all about the transfer GT seem to be a top professional respected company.

I had my letter yesterday, all I can say is from the reveiws on here we cant be in any worse postion. I hope GT are as good as everyone says they are and the next 3 1/2 years fly by with no nasty suprises.

I cant wait to end the IVA and be able to live again....dont get me wrong the IVA has been a god send and defenitly the right thing for us, but I am sick of living with no money, not being able to even go for a swim or afford to go out the house because the cost of petrol etc etc and worst of all saying no to the kids all the time. One thing for sure I will NEVER have another credit card again and get myself into this mess again. I dont know what I would of done if I hadn't found this forum.......thank you everyone x

Hey Guys

I have now received information regarding the selling of IVA's from Blair Endersby to GT. So glad for this site I find it very informative at all times. I now have 9 payments to conclude my IVA, will be made redundant in June and would like to use the money to draw a close to this chapter in my life, will this be feasible? Would appreciate some feedback, trying to keep my stress levels down.
