I am sincerely hoping I can physically stand by Saturday for more than 5 minutes or sit longer than 10 mins !
Am currently laid flat in bed with painkillers every four hours and a throbbing leg !! Hospital appt likely to take up to 8 wks to come through - at this rate I will be bed ridden !!
Kallis - i will ring you tomorrow or Friday to let you know what's happening - still hoping that I will be well enough to travel and meet everyone as been looking forward to it for soooo long !!!

Hi guys, Would just like to say I hope you all have a great BBQ and that the weather is good for you. Hope the wine is flowing. I've not been around much this last 2 weeks, very busy at work but heading off for a weeks break to Scotland tomorrow so wanted to wish you all a Happy Get Together!

I sorry everyone - sciatica has beaten me and I am not going to make tomorrow - I have really been trying to push myself to make the journey and to get there as I so wanted to put faces to names etc but the pain this week has wiped me out !
If anyone wants to go and make use of my travel lodge booking please let me know and I will send the details otherwise I will ring and cancel tonight !
