Hi all, Ive already ranted on about the Insolvency register, and having checked every day since 5th July when my IVA was accepted, today I find I have been added, intially felt quite sick when I saw my full name/DOB/address and it now feels quite real what I have done!! However under the heading insolvency case details where it says which court, instead of having my local or even not local court it just says 'Voluntary Liquidation Cases' what exactly does this mean, I assume it did go to a court somewhere? There is no longer a Court involvement with an IVA - unless you need an interim order which I guess you did not. No idea why they refer to voluntary liquidations on the IIR - that is a procedure for limited companies.

Wondered why we don't have as many arguments [:D] [:D] [:D] or is it just that we don't have any real financial problems since doing our IVA.

One of my recent clients has been listed on there three consecutive times; apparently the IVA was approved in March, April and May of this year!!
