I definitely agree that you have to speak to your IP as soon as possible about this to go through your options as you have the minimum dividend.

sorry to ask but what does the minimum dividend mean?

It means that you have to achieve that amount in the pound for your creditors. Anything less and they might reject it.

Speak to your IP, tell of your new situation. It may be that this will be enough for them to close down the IVA after the five years.

Hi - you need to speak to your IP. I doubt you would fail...it would be more a case of how to get you to that dividend or a variation to remove the minimum dividend so your iva can finish at 60 months (assuming there's no equity). But only your IP knows your case in enough detail to advise properly. x

I doubt it will fail as it is in no-ones best interests for that to happen. Just have a word with your IP about it.
