They seem to be very slow. Why don't you try calling one or two more and chat to them about needing an interim order quickly. Our experts on here are very good or you could take a look at www.iva.com for a list of reputable firms with customer reviews xx

I've never heard of that company so would advise that you speak to others via the link posted by BOL above.

As to the possessions, once you have let them in to do the walking possession they can come in and take away what they have earmarked and you can't stop them.

If you speak to another IP now, I'm sure they can get an Interim order in place before this happens.

Thanks Kallis, they can't come in if we don't allow them though - is that right? If we're closed during the day -
but what about the evening? Are they likely to come outside of normal working hours?

They are unlikely to come whilst you are closed but I believe that once you have let the bailiffs in and they have the possession order then they can just walk in and take the goods.

Have a look at this link to see what they can and can't do:

I have answered the Interim Order issue on your other post - they can be obtained very quickly if your records are up to date.

I also would not recommend that you be anything but truthful to HMRC or any other creditor who feels that they need to take steps to protect their position as one of your creditors. Never worth it in my experience.
