I am about to finish after 5 years of hard labour,excuse the pun. My IP was terrible and messed it up by not registering me, besides other incompetancies. Mel and Andy pushed me in the right direction at the time having found the forum by chance. CStart as I remember them collapsed and I ended up with DFD, they have been very professional since. Cant wait for the final payment and subsequent closure. Thanks Mel for the advise at the time, I never did make a complaint as you thought would happen at the time. I would recommend anyone going though these times of difficulty to contact Mel and her team before committing to anything. Any IP who is on this forum must be professional enough. Good luck Devon Lassie with your pregnancy I am confident Mel's team will sort the issue out.
I used the ask a question link to send Mel the info, is that the right way?!! Only I did that on Wednesday and I have heard nothing from Mel so I'm wondering if the link works?
Would have done the same myself had I found this forum first but as it happens I count myself lucky as I looked around and I chose McCambridge Duffy who are highly rated here i only found out later but they have done a fantastic job. 4 years of utter bliss.

Last Payment - November 2011 - Completion Certificate received 2 weeks after last payment, Removed from Insolvency Register within 4 weeks after last payment.
We are not with MEL, but have been on this site for just over a year and you only have to look at all the posts to see that her team do a cracking job.
Like somebody said she does live in the real world.
And the thing about living in very tough economic times is, it sorts out the crap buisnesses from the buisnesse that do work hard and deserve to thrive.
Mels team is clearly a buisness that does a great job and cares about their clients.
Something a lot of other firms should take note from!!!!

Sorry to bother you but have you had a chance to look at my case yet? Only it's been over two weeks now since I last heard anything from anyone at the IVA Bureau. It is stressing me out a tremendous amount so I would be so grateful if a conclusion could be reached on the matter.
I will be looking at this at the same time as reviewing your annual report which has not yet been sent to me. Hopefully I will have all of the papers early next week - and could you communicate with me directly rather than on the forum please if there are any further concerns.
