F+F accepted £0.09 in the pound 18/08/11 [:D][:D][:D]

To say I'm happy would be an understatement, it still hasn't sunk in that my IVA journey is finally over.

In the last 12 months this forum has been an real life line in respect of support and advice and I certainly don't think I would of got to this stage without it.

Thx everyone for all your help [:D][:D]

Still have one question though

Can you do a PPI claim after a F+F has been accepted ??

Something in the back of my mind is saying "don't bother your just being greedy, you have had your F+F accepted just be grateful.
It's also saying "Your PPI was mis-sold and your entitled to claim some monies back"

This one has really got my head in a spin [?][?]
Any advice or comments welcomed [:D]

I certainly won't be leaving the forum, have made some great friends in the last 12 months and will always be around to share my experiences and offer any advice I can

Thx again everyone [:D][:D][:D]

Hi and well done on the full and final.

As regards PPI I think you probably are being a bit greedy in wanting to try and claim it back after the creditor has written off a proportion of your debt and I hope you're not offended by me saying that!!

Glad you're going to be sticking around - I have some excellent friends on here and also off forum, especially on Facebook!

Well done on the F&F. I am not really qualified to talk on the merits of reclaiming PPI, as I don't have any to claim! But, for me, once this IVA is done and dusted, I am drawing a line under these debts and leaving them all behind me.

Excellent result, especially in view of the dividend drop. Might I ask what reasons you gave for the F&F ?

The reason for my F+F was a change of circumstance, I now have a beautiful partner and two wonderful children[:D]

Is there a specific reason such as redundancy or illness that is making you offer a full and final?

If not then you should try and offer as close to the original dividend as possible. Where will the money be coming from?
