Hi
Can creditors (those were included in IVA proposal and they haven't voted on creditors meeting ) take any legal action against us or refuse to accept IVA. How long creditors take to stop contacting you after the IVA accepted ?

No, every unsecured creditor is now bound by the IVA and can do nothing at all.

It does sometimes take a while for the creditors to stop contacting you - a breakdown in communication.

You have nothing to worry about.

Amar,Can I ask how long the 1st IVA ran for? Did you complete it early or did it run for the 5 years?

Thankyou. Just wondered what happened to drive you back into debt after struggling through a 5 year IVA. It would put most people off credit for life!!!

Glad you got a positive result and fingers crossed for a smooth running IVA to get you back on the right track.
