Out of interest Sharon, what rate of interest approx would you have been charged if you had decided to do this now with the iva still on your record if you dont mind my asking.

It would have been approx 9% and I'm only paying 2.5% at the moment

Plasticdaft, to be honest i would rather not start to specify ltv or rates on here, as this really depends on peoples circumstances.
I would also have to put that my disclaimers on it, i would fill about 4 pages!

Everyones circumstances are different, and therefore the help that can be provided will differ - best thing to do if interested is to contact the brokers direct and discuss your circumstances !

Just wanted a rough idea so people dont get false hope. No point in suggesting a mortgage is possible if its only going to happen with a 30%-40% deposit.
