I can't remember exactly where it is but there is definitely a separate section for court proceedings. There is a chance that the IVA might not be on there however, my BR isn't showing on my Callcredit report.

If you print out the full report - the front page - will show all the items contained in the report - Court reports are 6th down - roughly page six in the report

If it's experian an IVA will show under Public Record Information. For Call credit this will be under Public Information.

Not sure about Equifax, don't have online access for them to check but would think it was something similar.

If it don't show up, it's likely that it's down to the way the address has been registered, similar addresses having two unlinked records, this is common if you live in a flat it would seem ;-)
We're willing to wipe the slate clean, give you a fresh start. All that we're asking in return is your cooperation.

hy update on car! decided not to go with car loans 4 u ,due to rubbish service ! and poor communication and the fact we had to buy a more up to date car than we wanted ,which meant the payments were higher and the interest rates were very high too.also it seamed we couldnt have the whole amount too ,so all in all not a good deal.sorry car loans 4 u but will not be recommending your service at all.they let us down too many times .on a good point got much better deal all round and pick up car tommorrow .

A shame you won't let us know orange - it could have been of such a benefit for other posters.

You could always email Andy with the details and, at an appropriate time, he could post them on here for others.
