I've got the e-saver too and agree it's simple online banking. Just had a letter a reminder to say 22nd November only Natwest cards and listing where some local ones are. Step account changing to basic apparetly or so it says in letter. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I'm with Nationwide and have no problems. They have cash machines everywhere. The basic cashminder is brilliant.

i am with nationwide, although i opened the account whilst in the process of setting up the iva, i did it all online declined an overdraft, and within a week i was sent all details, a cheque book and a visa debit card, and they have a facility where you can request online for them to change all your direct debits over for you. i know have an online savings account with them too, and its very easy to transfer money between both accounts in just a couple of clicks.

IVA accepted 6th May 2011, Full and Final accepted 17th April 2012.

I've got a full Smile account but much prefer my Natwest but now they're changing to Natwest only machines, I would prefer somewhere with a cashcard I can just use? Is nationwide all machine friendly? x
