Melanie- I have made mine and my partners payment re-additional earnings when earnt un prompted by Payplan. This is not the issue, it is the non collecting of 1/4 wage slips which is the problem.
In 2010 every 1/4 we received an email from our CO requesting the wageslips, I emailed them straight away, confirmation letter received each time, no problems in year one.
But year two, which runs May-April, I asked in August 2011 if they required our first 1/4, was it still a requirment, yes our Co replied, not to worry we will contact you when required, nothing since.
I then informed our CO that due to the minimum wage increase my partners wage increased (slightly). we were in month 6, still no request for wage slips, so I took it upon myself to send them.
Am I getting the fee's I pay Payplan to look after my plan? As far as I am concerned have received no service from them this year, except for letter after letter in the last 3 weeks informing us we owe varying ammounts.
I have tried and tried to get this resolved myself, I have made my self ill again with worry.
I am not sure how to contact you offline ?

Check her website out, melaniegiles.com.

I can't pass any details on at the moment as I'm posting on my phone so it's awkward. She might catch this today or Tina S might and point you in the right direction.

I must admit, I always fax across our payslips every month without fail unprompted by our IVA company, I always email them with my pay details aswell so they can work out my uplift payments and pay them immediately to, this sounds a nightmare scenario to me and one I would wish to avoid which is why I am so obsessed about ensuring each month they have my payslips and uplift payments. Although I am not with payplan so appreciate they may do things differently

We just post copies to Payplan every quarter. If we are late sending them we always get a letter reminding us that we need to send them.

Well I have not had a request or email at all in the 2nd iva year. Just an email in reply to me chasing them August telling me they will request them, which was already 4 months in with no review done.

We were told to tell them after our first year (when we only had to send them in prior to the first review) After that we were told to send them every quarter but we've never had a reminder that they are due. We just send them anyway.

Hope your call comes early so you can get this sorted.

Well what ever the outcome we have always reiterated that we have no problems in paying any underpayments what so ever, just I feel let down by their service.
I have set a reminder to send the wage slips in myself prompted or not from now on!

I think that's a good idea indebtandscared, I'm sure you will get sorted, I think our IP's are so busy these days that they just don't have time to be reminding all their clients every month or few months to send stuff in, I am sure they do this in the early days of our IVA's to ensure we get into the habit of doing it but after the first yr or so I think it's reasonable that they expect we should just do it without further reminders.

I hope you get things sorted though, let us know

WELL- Thank goodness for Sandra @ Payplan, I can breathe again, all sorted in less than 20 minutes.
She was professional, helpful and not patronizing, a credit to the company.
We know where we are in the remainder of this IVA continuing to clear the missed month (clutch £350!, acceptable increase from April 2012.
Going to send in wage slips monthly from January, and we will know every month if anything extra is required.
Thank you so much to the advice and words of reassurance.

Good luck, OH yes nearly XMAS yippee
