the only modification was NR - they extended it to 6 years!! also the chairman who was lovely by the way said i dont have to pay until 17th jan!! what a xmas present!! sooooooooo relieved! i was called at 9.45am too!!
That's excellent news about the payment date but its par for the course for NR.

Yeah NR are known for pushing it to 6 years! Within a couple of month your IVA will become like any other bill but the main thing you wont have is all the stress and worry of your debts!
