To all the wonderful people I see on here regularly, not so regularly and to those not on here but reading in the wings I wish you a Christmas where you can find joy in whatever you're doing and however much you have or don't have to share.

Hopefully you all have family and friends around or near by but we are all here too sending each other Christmas wishes and friendship which is lovely and genuinely heartfelt.

Christmas is a tough time as well for many reasons not just money - lost loved ones, worrying times, increased stress and pressure - my thoughts are with you and know you have places to go and people to speak to if you need to. There is always someone ready to help.

Find reasons to celebrate where you can and for those who have found new freedom enjoy that new feeling! Health and happiness to you all and here's to 2012 bringing strength when needed and good things at every turn.

Whatever happens you know you'll have us all on here to listen and help where we can.

Fondest wishes,

Tina xx

What a wonderful post from a very special lady. Tina is one of the best debt counsellors I have ever had the pleasure to work with, because she really does care about finding the best possible solutions from the people who choose to approach my firm for support and advice.

Notwithstanding that we are going to hang up our pens for a bit on Christmas Day, both Tina and I will be around to deal with queries and concerns, and perhaps to share a few funny stories as well over the holiday break.

Tina is a credit to your company, Mel, and you and your company are a credit to the industry.

The keyword here is "care". You, Tina and your whole team genuinely care and it is much appreciated by us non-clients and clients alike.

Have a Great Christmas, and try to have a break. Hide the pens and relax.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

It was just after last Christmas that I picked up the phone and spoke to Tina, and can still recall the feeling of relief at speaking someone who did not judge and was really able to help. This Christmas has been so different and I am actually looking forward to it.

I don't post much but I lurk all the time!

I wish all of you a very Merry Christmas and a stable New Year!
