There is no redundancy money, I was in my last job for around 9 months.

Oh and perhaps a different username is appropriate, can't have people getting sidetracked by having fun! [:D]

Someone choose me another random one quickly!

Ok so no redundancy money no contingency fund for you to survive pre new job and struggling to find a new job these are all good reasons for the creditors to accept a full and final payments thus far and is certainlt worth a go they are unlikely in the short term to get anything more out of you.

If it is refused it doesn't make it an automatic failure they can provide alternative options for example they could give you a payment break in order to give you time to find another job or agree lower payments with the view they will raise again when you find a job. Plenty of other avenues prior to IVA failing so don't panic and go for the best option first of full and final and only if that fails try other options or consider the creditors suggestions.

Hmm as for a name how about Battler? To show you will battle on till it's done and dusted.
