Ok so no redundancy money no contingency fund for you to survive pre new job and struggling to find a new job these are all good reasons for the creditors to accept a full and final payments thus far and is certainlt worth a go they are unlikely in the short term to get anything more out of you.

If it is refused it doesn't make it an automatic failure they can provide alternative options for example they could give you a payment break in order to give you time to find another job or agree lower payments with the view they will raise again when you find a job. Plenty of other avenues prior to IVA failing so don't panic and go for the best option first of full and final and only if that fails try other options or consider the creditors suggestions.

Hmm as for a name how about Battler? To show you will battle on till it's done and dusted.
Thanks for the reply.

This is why I am confused because we have had both a variation of length and change of amount due approved in the past and PayPlan are saying that neither are now options.

Don't mind the name "Battler" either, I have certainly felt like one!

I have used DaveyBoi as my nickname for years when msn chat was around and on lots of websites etc. It was only recently somebody said to me so you're gay and I was like well yeah I have a male partner but how could you possibly know that when all I said was hi and they said oh just assumed you was because of your nickname in America Boi means gay.

I was like really????????

Then I was like how appropriate hahahahahahaha

I was ignorant of it completely. American is so backwards with their attitudes towards homosexuality I am surprised anyone over there highlights it with their name!!!

:O Duck and dive those sheep which are going to be thrown your way shortly Foggy haha. I have been accused of being welsh when I sing because I sing kind of operatic. If you go on you tube and type davey boi les miserables it should come up as me singing it in a pub on karaoke. Title of the song is Bring him Home from Les Miserables.
