I have got the 4th Years IVA Review to fill out Today and it is always that time of Dread and Worry and your Belly Turning Over.
Last Year i lost my Job but after a Variation everything was sorted and have an extended 6 months of Payments.
This Year my Rent has gone up and had a Pay Rise of just 2% which really counter acts the Pay Rise.
I have paid in what is agreed on my Report without fail since the Variation up to now but just can't help worrying when you have to keep sending in all this Documentation, nothing has really changed from last year but just want this IVA out of my life for good.

49 payments in so far out of 66

We went through exactly the same November just gone, I'm sure you will be fine but agree it is still a worry.

Good luck

Completely agree, review time is a major stresser no matter what people say. We have just sent our paperwork off and am also awaiting a variation meeting for an F+F meeting. So both review and F+F at the smae time double stresser.

I have booked nervous breakdown meeting for the 9th of Feb day after variation meeting.

well done on getting this far, sounds like you have had quite a bit to contend with, if any increase is cancelled out by a cost increase then you should be fine.

Good Luck

It feels like your being scrutinized and all you want to do is just get to the end of your IVA with no hassle.
I mean i am not out of work and can keep paying the payments but it always seems that they want proof of this circumstance and proof of that circumstance and feels like a load of unneeded Pressure.

My 4th review paperwork all gone off this last week. I dread it too, heard nothing yet so assuming no news is good news??

Try to re-mortgage next now that is what I really dread.....but has to be done I agreed to it all those years ago!
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I shall shortly be having my fifth annual review and I dread it each time. It's silly really, as each one goes fine but I feel like others have posted, being scrutinised like a naughty child!

I have just posted mine today, 12 months of Payslips and a P60 plus a new I&E and it always fills me with dread when this review thing comes around and i feel like im on edge.
Can't wait to get this IVA thing over and done with.
I feel more stressed with this than anything else and i am a year and a bit away from finishing it for good.

I go through the same every year, have i paid enough overtime, will they unapprove my allowances will they want extra money, have my creditors asked for more money.

All i can say is have faith in your IP and i hope everyones reviews go smoothly!

Hi

I have just had my third and they don't get any easier. But it feels great to think I am have half way through as I am sure we will have to extend to 6 year as I can't see us getting a mortgage.

But that said I wouldn't change a thing - my IVA was a lifesaver.
