That is good news for all us GT customers on here.
Now, if you could just fix me up with a time machine so that i can jump forward 14 months that would be super.

Definately a sensible approach from this market leading firm, and I hope that this demonstrates that IPs have been working hard to find a solution to this issue behind the scenes, and that we do take our clients' concerns very seriously, whilst needing to be very mindful of the statutory and regulator issues which govern our work on a day to day basis.

Great news, although I still have many months to go it is nice to see people who have completed all their payments seeing some closure at last.

After OT has used the time machine I bagsy next in the queue[:D][:D]
If life is what you make it, I must have been in a strange mood when I made mine

Fantastic news for all at GT, lets hope that others follow suit too being totally selfish here i hope that DFD also follow this lead.
Om shanti, namesté, good luck to all who are embarking on the IVA journey, it isn't always an easy one but the outcome is the best.

IVA COMPLETED August 2012, received Completion certificate 18.4.13.

Great news - I hope I get my completion certificate very soon. I wonder what the time scale is for getting them out?

They probably have quite a backlog - going back to about August last year I think from the posts. So it could still be a while...but not as long as if they were still keeping them open!

So - are we still liable for any windfalls etc until the cases are closed?
