Hi please can you help ,i think eventually bailiffs will appear at my house due to a possible ccj.ccj being courtesy of creditors<1 bank and 3 credit cards> not receiving money .
my concern is my wife she owns the house 100 per cent and the car 100 per cent i am named on nothing except for bills which are up to date
additionally in the eyes of british law i am not married anyway so IF a bailff appeared he cannot touch the home or the car or house contents surley as technically i am a private tenant?
im no legal expert please help
thankyou in advance
hi im going to fight them by asking for debt validation ,contract etc and if i cant cope with the letters etc<im quite strong like say just dont want bailiffs knocking and wife answers door i will then do an iva
I would suggest that you speak to an expert, the ones that post on here come highly recommended. You can chat through things with no.obligation.
I'm afraid you won't be allowed to post any contact details on here Michael.

So are you denying that the debts are yours Michael? This site really is all about dealing with your debts, not avoiding paying them. Have you spoken to anyone about an IVA,as once the ball is rolling on that it easier to deal with bailiffs etc.
