AGHHHHHHHHHHH just called them and apparently i wont know till this afternoon i cant believe it is taking so long and i have places i need to be thisafternoon seen as i was told to keep this morning free how much stress!!!!!

I am in a meeting tina unfortunatly one i cant really take my mobile into i am just sure now that i am doomed and its more annoying the the mistake in payments wasnt even my fault and now im having to go through this

Yea i told them but they just said id be the first person they ring and they cant do anything else other than do what they are doing! and ive had a hot chocolate to try and help lol thanks sorry for going on its just so stressful and the fact there is no time span on anything
