Hi, I am a few months into an IVA (in my name only) My wife is due to receive her occupational penision in a few months. If she chooses to take a lump sum payment will this have to be declared / offered to the IVA as a windfall payment or, because the IVA is mine only, will she be able to keep the money.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your quick reply.
Do you think I even need to declare this lump sum as and when she receives it?
