Hi Kevin! I feel sure GT are just giving you the worst case scenario. I remember one poster with significantly higher equity having a 12 month extension accepted. Creditors are pragmatic and I hope everything works out for you x

As Michael has mentioned when you seek a variaiton it could be rejected by creditors and we have to ensure you are aware of this - that said, we will do our best to ensure a successful outcome for you.

Thanks Karol, but untill variation is complete, I think there is nothing anyone can do.
