I cant find it now don't know whether Andy has pulled it to try and sort it out but it was the one with Suliaman in it and the thread got a little heated. Andy was the last poster in it.

Yeah i'm still awaiting a reply from Andy but i'm sure he's busy. At the end of the day im just upset that i upset the company. I was only asking a question. I have a different profile on here too as Geoffr, but forget my user details and its linked to my work email and so i just created a new account for the time being so i could post this situation today. If the mods want to delete and re-add this post to my original account please do.
I will post a PUBLIC APOLOGY to this company as soon as i either here from Andy or hear from their MD..
You should be able to create a new profile under your old name as it has,been deleted for some reason. I can't do it as I'm posting from my phone and it's awkward to do.

I’ve just read the link (minus the company name which looks like it has been removed). Speaking generally companies that trawl the register to persuade clients to stop their IVAs and go Bankrupt are not ethical and tend not to offer best advice.
They usually are not compliant with OFT guidelines either so if anybody does have any letters from these types of companies please send them my way and I will ensure that if they are not compliant they will be reported to the OFT and dealt with accordingly.
Specifically regarding the thread, I have not seen the name of the company so I am not being defamatory in any way but their client, Sulemein was it (I may have miss-spelt his name but then again so did he)? He appears to be associated with the company in some way and if I was a betting man I would say he works for that company. If that is the case is he not effectively advertising on this forum and as such committing numerous advertising offenses? Andy is there any way of investigating if this personal observation is correct?
Thanks again for all your comments. I am happy to post an apology and name the company in question but will await Andy's thoughts before I progress. I was purely asking a question back in April 2011..didnt want it turning into any form of argument.
I study family law as a hobby and help people going through divorce and separation so luckily I have quite a few solicitors as friends so i've had some advice on this situation.
I've also left messages for the MD who signed this letter but he will not reply to me.
Just to confirm that no one outside IVA.co.uk has access to the IVA.co.uk database so they must be using information from the Insolvency Register to contact you.
