Thanks Footie! I'm in that stage now though where because its going to be all new and different i'm worried we wont like it once we're in lol. Typical woman I guess! Good excuse for new bargain accessories though ;-) x

Once you put your mark on it it will be home :-)

That rent guarantee thing might be a good product to mention when other IVA'ers are looking for rental property, it could help tip the scales.

I wonder if our insurance guru Coveritall knows the ins and outs ?

Well, thats it..submitted the application forms yesterday, paid the fees so now we wait!
Apparently will take 24-48 hous so should hear something Tuesday hopefully

Here's hoping for you. We sold and went into rented at beginning of our IVA....we were petrified but actually it turned out in our favour as as soon as anything went wrong we picked the phone up and it was sorted at no cost......

Saying that...once our IVA finished we couldn't wait to get back on the property ladder........good luck and I hope it all goes to plan in the coming weeks for you and your family.
