Hi there.....

I really need some help or advice, please.

I'm currently 11 months in but my work circumstances are about to change dramatically. Currently get a premium of 20% to do the shift that I do, but my employer has decided to move the resource and stop the 20%....so I'm 20% down.

Where do I go/what can I do? Am I screwed? Has my IVA failed?

Please help.....any advice would be welcome

Thanks

Richard

Hi Rich. First of all you need to speak to your IP to see what he can do to accomodate the change. To be honest I am surprised the shift premium was included in the calculations of disposable income ( which I am assuming it has been).
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Hi Foggy,

I'm not sure, but as you say it probably was. When I completed all the initial paperwork I just told them my monthly salary. It was all there in the pay slips.

I'm just worried that all is lost.....

I've photo copied my last 3 wage slips and written a letter axplaining the situation. We only found out the other day. Don't even know when its going to happen

Cheers

Rich

All is not lost Rich. As long as you have a helpful IP I am sure a way forward can be worked out. They should understand that things change ( sometimes drastically) during the years an IVA runs.

Who are you with ?

Liberta Financial......

Up to now they've been ok, maybe because I've coped and haven't caused any issue.

Fingers crossed they can sort something out....at the end of the day I haven't defaulted, it just my circumstances have changed!

Thanks
