I had 3 separate contracts with 3 while in an IVA, they didnt seem to bother with intricate details so far as you are on the Electoral register.

Applying online might also save any embarrassment if you are refused again. I'm thinking about upgrading online just in case... x

Three refused both me and the wife even though we are on the Electoral register.
If you have a contract with them to start off with then you should be fine as they will usually check on your account with them. If you want to take out a new contract then you can forget it.
