I called several times to speak to someone senior , but I was told the agreement was terminated and that was that.As a consequence,I lost hope .Its been such an eyeopener being on this forum and really grateful for the support. We will see if things get better,if not,it is going to be the hard way of DMP.

Hi. As advised ask to speak to Steve Grogan, there is no need to discuss this with whoever answers the phone. Steve is expecting a call and so it should be possible to be put right through to him.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Melanie.a - I am very sorry to hear about your situation, from what I read on your other post, looks like you've tried your hardest to get back on track, and I hope something can be remedied. From my own - I am awaiting to hear from compliance team at PP which will determine whether or not I will need to approach IP directly, but first they shold respond to my questions, don't hold a lot of hope though for a positive outcome. Thanks, everyone for their suggestions and support. Had I found this forum all those years ago, who knows how things would've turned out.

Dear Trionon,I hope things work out for you.A miracle certainly occured today as I finally got to speak with my IP who actually listened to me and I think things may be sorted. It is still early days but I am hopeful again. The current plan is to probably work out something with the creditors by extending the IVA,which is better than terminating at 4.5 years. It is not confirmed but I am certainly not depressed anymore!!Will keep you informed of my progress.I would like to extend my gratitude to everyone on this site who kept on pushing me because I gave up and was resigned to the fact that all was lost.
Stay blessed

Fingers crossed for you, at least you have finally been able to talk to your IP.
It's been a long road getting from there to here but it's been worth it!

Hello everyone
I have been away cos so busy with work.Hope all is well.Just an update after my case was considered.I have been informed to send quite a lot of paperwork ,which I will complete within time frame given.I was also asked to get an estimate of the cost of my house to release equity which I have done.I would like some advice regarding current events.I have advertised my house to let and thankfully , someone is interested with a view of moving in aug.I will probably contribute an average of 500 to 600 pounds as things stand, not confirmed.i will potentially get 695 pounds from my property a month,if things go well ,from aug.My car has been in e garage since mid April and I am desperate for my car.currently using e bus.i am planning on asking them for a proportion of the rent to go towards sorting my car out, spread over some months, whilst increasing my contribution which is inevitable.Do you think this is a good idea?
