Hi all,
Can someone please advise?
Just wanted to know now that I've received my CC from GT. How long is it before it disappears from the IVA Register?
Also the IVA shows on the 3 Credit Reference Agencies should I send a copy of the CC so as they can update their records?
Thanks
Vixster
IVA Completed Nov 2011.
Completion Certificate received 21st July 2012.

It should come off shortly - GT will inform the IS that you have completed.
It should fall off the CRA after six years.

Thanks Niobe,
It's now passed the 6th year on 13th June but still showing. Is it because the CRA's are slow at updating ?
Thanks again

It probably is - you can always contact them and ask why it is still showing.
The IS I think can take up to three months to update.

Yes it can take up to 3 months to be updated but is often updated sooner.

Vixster congrats on receiving your completion certificate I know that it may not drop off your credit reports until 6 years after the default date this should be the date your IVA was approved but on mine some are 5 to 6 weeks later - good luck
