Hi Geoff what a lovely hypothetical thought! It woud be seen as a windfall but hopefully it would be so much you could pay your IVA off in full early without making much of a dent in it and then get on with a new lifestyle!!! the IVA would still stay on your credit record though for the 6 years in total.

Thanks for the quick reply Tina, TBH - if the IVA stayed on my Credit record for the rest of my life I would not care - I will have no further use for it, I'll just sit back and let the world go by.
I the End, we all regret the Chances We Never Took.
Good for you and make sure you enjoy it while it does!

Geoff smiled when I read your post, I am not the only dreamer I couldn't sleep a few nights ago and was thinking of nice things that could happened and a lottery win was one of them and the first time I would do is send a full and final settlement and move to a nice warm country and watch the world go by with no worries I soon fell asleep and woke up to find it raining and still in debt[:)]
