unfortunately all PPI / bank charges reclaim have to be paid to your IP as they are classed as a windfall..

Hi Paul and welcome to the forum

If the terms of your own IVE deem PPI reclaims to be assets, it is irrelevant whether they relate to debts in the arrangement or debts which had already been paid off by the time you entered into the arrangement.

If PPI's are not mentioned in the terms of your IVA does that then mean if you had some years ago but no PPI on debts included in the IVA you cannot be forced to make a claim for the mis selling of them?

There seem to be many scenarios within the mis selling of PPI's but all answers seem to point to if you receive any extra money you must pay it into your IVA

Be careful though IVA companies are now obtaining peoples PPI withou their consent. See my post about this.
