Today I received a letter from GT advising that my annual review is due - a little surprising as I received my completion certificate on 31 March 2012.

For goodness sake Karol, please update your records.
Completion certificate received 31 March 2012.

Oh dear lack of communication not good. Hopefully Karol will help with this and you'll not be bothered again. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Hi vince666,
I'm also with GT & couldn't afford to pay my IVA 'cause
of ill health, rang & told them in March i was going for bankruptcy, they sent me out a letter 2 months ago thanking me for completing 2 years(which i haven't)& a new I&E form to fill out, I hadn't received my breach by the 2nd wk in July, so i rang to be told "Oh dear, you should have got that a couple of wks ago", no apology or anything, then was contacted to say i would get it in about 1 weeks time, I got it next day, my mum has contacted a solicitor to deal with the br for me,& i had to ring GT to give my permission to allow my solicitor to deal with them which i was told would happen, got a letter from my solicitor y'day to tell me GT need me to give written permission to allow them to discuss my situation.GT NEVER NEVER TOLD ME I HAD TO PUT MY PERMISSION IN WRITING, my br could have been sorted out quickly & i blame them soley for the position i'm now in & the delay this tooing & froing has caused.I am suffering with ill health & depression & i was ready to explode & combust when this letter arrived, sorry this post is so long winded but i had to share my experience of GT with you,They were grt when my IVA started but now i'm not going to be dealing with them anymore they are a NIGHTMARE, sorry karol if you read this but i'm mad & angry with GT right now.[:(]
