Terry has posted on this forum before under two other usernames, Terry007 and Shrewsbury debt, both from the same IP address. Shrewsbury debt has an email address ending integrity financial so I'm afraid Terry is actually a bankruptcy assist company, two of their posts below.
There is no problem debating the merits of IVA over bankruptcy but let's not make up fictitious situations whils hiding under an anonymous username

Many comments just didn't ring true and if it doesn't sound right my experience is that it is not right......as in this case
I am afraid that is an on going problem Daniel, we seem to be targeted by the bankruptcy assist companies now and again.
Would be good if they posted under their own name and debated the merits in a professional manner
The lengths some companies will go to just to drum up business! I'm shocked that people will stoop so low! Must be so bored that they have nothing better to do.
Like Daniel said, you just don't know who is genuine, we put our trust in others, because we are trusting ourselves!
Very underhanded and totally unprofessional, what a shame his IP address can't be blocked and save this forum for those that appreciate its support and advice as well as the experts who give their time and advice on here freely without any ulterior motives.

IVA COMPLETED August 2012, received Completion certificate 18.4.13.
