Yes I'm still waiting for opt out letter too.
I keep getting phone calls from EIC but I don't answer them. Caller display shows a Glasgow 0141 number so I know its them. It reminds me of the bad old days when I dare not answer the phone.
EIC called my wife a few days ago and she's not even in the IVA. GT have obviously passed my wife's name onto EIC. she was pretty angry about it.

I had a call from them to despite me telling GT I wasn't interested, after a 2 minute call in which I firmly told the person that I couldn't give two hoots about what they were trying to offer & that all I wanted was my CoC they have left me well alone.

A bit of force goes a long way it appears with EIC

Luckily I haven't heard from them yet, but I'll be giving them the same story if I do having been told I'm opted out (still waiting for declaration from GT though).

Thank you Karol, I appreciate your interest. I have emailed to ivacustomerservices@uk.gt.com with the IVA Forum subject with a copy of correspondence thus far between myself and Closures, and my contact details.

I'll look forward to hearing from you/Closures.

There you go, things should start to look quickly. You'll be doing the CoC wiggle dance very soon :)

Good afternoon everyone,

I had a pleasant surprise today and it was a call direct to my mobile from Karol. I am pleased to say my CoC is finalised and on it's way.

To Karol thank you and I did say I would put this in today :-)

I made full and final settlement in July 2011, I've now been waiting 13 months and still no certificate of completion.

Do I win a special prize?

Feel like jumping off a bridge.

I should try and be more patient but they did receive all the money from me they wanted and I'm still waiting over a year later.

They are very pleasant on the phone though, I just wish they could actually finish the whole thing and let me live my life again.
