I'm having real problems with egg/barclaycard!! I had 2 egg cards, one appearing on my iva list as barclaycard, the other as egg. I know Barclaycard bought over egg and I keep getting statements and threatening letters from them even though my iva was approved in feb. I have spoken to them plenty of times and explained but they keep hassling me! I never had an account with barclaycard, the number on the statement doesn't match my old egg card number so I don't know what's happened! Stressing me out a bit! Have told my ip but haven't heard anything else and got another letter today!!

Hi, I would forward the letters to your IP and let him/her deal with it. Sometimes they can take a while to get the message but from February is getting a bit silly. I would get angry with them by now.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I am a year into my iva and have started getting phone calls from one of my creditors demanding money. I explained I was in an IVA. She accepted this and said she would make a note on my account and I shouldn't get any more phone calls. Watch this space

If you get anymore then refer them to your IP and then tell them to do one.
They can do nothing to you at all.
