after reading my post re 15 month wait for completion certificat karol asked me to email her which i did. She called next morning and I also received an email from closures with an update. At least now they are keeping us informed and credit where credit is due, thanks Karol for helping us.

Glad to hear that Karol has helped you with your case, she really is an asset to GT and I do hope you get your closure documents very soon as 15 months is way too long to wait for your certificate whatever the circumstances.
I waited around the same amount of time for mine.
Have they given you an estimated time for your closure yet?

no time given as yet but they are going to contact us this week so maybe we will be given some sort of timescale. we have everything crossed

I have been in contact with Karol over the past few days and she has been a great help with progressing the closure of my IVA.
I just wanted to say a very big thank you to Karol.
Final payment made Dec 2011.
Certificate of Completion arrived 26th Sept 2012
