Hello All

I completed my IVA in January 2012 and I still have not received my certificate. Does it usually take this long? I thought the turnaround was 6 months. I contacted Gtant Thornton to find out what was going on and they informed me that I would need to email their closures team. This has now been done and I still have not heard from them.

Hi

If you see previous threads in regards to GT it is taking them considerably longer than 6 months to close cases. This being due to vat issuse and ppi claims being made amongst other things.

I completed last September and only received my certificate last week. So all I can say is keep emailing the closure team and calling customer services. It will happen eventually. Patience seems to be a virtue with them at the moment.

Good luck
IVA Completed

It does take a while as they have issues with PPI and have had issues with VAT.

It's not good but you will get that letter eventually!!
