We completed in May with a full and final offer, now we have received a copy from our ip of our annual report which has been forwarded to our creditors...
Our ip is in the process of issuing a dividend to our creditors...
Does this mean our Completion Certificate shouldnt be too long?
What does a completion Certificate look like? How is it worded...
Sorry for silly question.

It hopefully won't be long. Have you had to try and claim back any ppi?
It's not a certificate as,such, just a,letter to say that you have fulfilled your obligations to the iva.

Says..
Supervisor's report under rule 5.31 (2) (Insolvency Rules 1986) for the period to ** July 2012
*** County Court
The voluntary arrangements were approved at a meeting of creditors on ** July 2011. I now submit my first annual report pursuant to Rule 5.31(2) of the insolvency Rules 1986.
Basically says how the iva was going to run, how much we paid including f&f offer. How are PPI claim was paid into the debts. Our original liabilities, dividend payments/prospects, they are in the process of issuing a dividend to creditors, the costs involved, Variation creditors approved to the arrangements the early settlement offer on the ** May 2012.
Will we have a further letter with completion certificate showing how much dividend was issued to the creditors?
All ppi claims were done at the very start of the IVA and funds paid into the iva.

All funds paid to creditors have too be cleared before they can issue
Mine took around 4 weeks from the initial report
which is what you have

Thank you bill01 [:)] didn't think it was the completion Certificate, as no mention of dividend amounts to creditors...but wasn't too sure!
Thanks for your confirmation [:)]

Hi Claire, you will get a full chairmans report saying what has been paid to your creditors and the completion certificate is a letter from your IP to say that all is satisfied and they have no further interest...
