Gareth.Hope you can help me.I was told recently to wait 2 weeks for the ppi's to be completed by Richardson mail(considering its been ongoing since february and only supposed to take 12 weeks but now into July).i contacted Joanne yesterday and was told she would ring me back.Heard nothing so managed to speak to her today and she said she was going to chase it up straight away and get back to me with an answer.Waited all day and heard nothing.i really need this pushing through.coming up to a year since final payment.what is so annoying is back in december 2011 i was told not to worry about ppi's as Joanne had discussed with her manager and they agreed i had none(which i dont)so made payments to creditors. Please help!

I don't think that Gareth regularly reads or posts on the forum. It might be better to chase him up with a direct e-mail to see if this matter can be progressed for you.

Thankyou Melanie.I have emailed Gareth but as of yet heard nothing back.I contacted Joanne this morning to see what was happening and she hadnt heard from Richardson mail after 3 weeks which was supposed to be 2.She seem very dissinterested so i said would i be able to contact them myself.I have now done that but the girl dealing with my ppi didnt start till midday.the lady i spoke to said she would get her to contact me but as of yet nothing again.I will contact them this afternoon and hopefully there will be some progress.

I hope you receive that certificate of compliance very soon. Your IVA will soon have been completed a year, I know I wouldn't be happy, do keep hassling them until they give you a definitive answer as it sound to me you've been more than patient. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Well rachel never got in touch so i contacted the richardson mail office and she had gone home on a half day.The person i spoke to on the phone apologised and said it shouldnt be happening.well i know that but nobody is doing anything about it.Do i go back to Nuttals and ask to speak to Philip himself.Surely he will get the ball rolling. This is dreadful having to do all the work. You would think they would be desperate to close peoples IVA's so it is one less job for them to do but obviously not.

Hi all,

I have been on annual leave for the past week and not had access to my emails. I have emailed you directly Helen to see if you still require assistance.

Kind regards,

Gareth

Made the last payment in to the IVA in March 11, we heard nothing for 3 months then chased. Were told that PPI/VAT changes held things up.... 18 months later still waiting... chased and chased and chased. get the same frustrating response... "we'll get to it as soon as we can" is there anything I can do?

Helenwaters if things don't get better, Neil Cromshaw carries a lot of weight there and is very helpful

Yes there is something that you can do. You can demand a full explanation for the reasons behind the delay, and an estimated timescale of how long they anticipate things will take to resolve. The VAT issue should be coming to an end now, I received my refund some time ago and we have moved on.

We have now completed thanks to Gareth Buckley. He finalised everything from ppi's and completion within 2 weeks of emailing. If it hadnt been for Gareth we would still be waiting. Now just have to wait around 3 months to make sure names are cleared with Experian etc.Its a great feeling.

There have been a few queries about Varden Nuttal and closures recently, so hopefully if people contact Gareth directly he may be able to assist.
