I have had a payment go into my account with Barclays that I no longer have as they were part of my IVA. Will I get the money back.

I hope you do, I had similar happen when I first entered an IVA but it wasn't a great amount so didn't bother but it never came back to me as it was paid into a bank account that was a creditor within my IVA. x
Hope after speaking with Barclays they can return the money to you. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Could you ask the payer to recall the payment, and give them your new account details??

Hi Danny - hopefully it will bounce back. My Xmas bonus from my DLA went into my HSBC account and they returned it to DWP within about 7 days.
