Hi, Im 30 months into my IVA.(half way there!!!) Norton were my first contact, they referred me over to Express Debt Solutions who have recently changed their trading/business name to Price Stirling - but it is the same company. I can honestly say I have had no problems whatsoever with them. The staff are friendly, helpful and informative. Over the past couple of years I've had "one off" expenditures eg my washing machine died, my daughter started secondary school (massive increase in uniform costs),my boiler needed repairing etc. I sent receipts for everything and they were more than happy to offset these expenditures against the small annual pay increase I'd had which resulted in my payments staying the same. Also when my child maintenance payments reduced they were able to reduce my monthly payments by 15% without having to hold a meeting with my creditors. All of this was arranged without any fuss or stress on my part. I undergo review every 6 months, which I find more reassuring than waiting 12 months. All in all not an unpleasant experience at all! Hope this helps.
