Hi there

Even though the extra 24 months may seem daunting now it will soon pass. On the positive side it means that you do not have to remortgage your property and any equity you have in it is now preserved. This will pay you dividends when you come to sell the house whenever that might be.

It is a long time Dave, but at least you know that the finish line is in sight.

hi dave good luck mate your doing well and you will get to the finishing line,is there any specific reason for 24 months extension,as the norm regarding not being able to release equity is a extra 12 months.
