do you need notification that your IVA has failed before filing for bankruptcy? Not sure but do ask your IP for a notice of non-compliance (or whatever it's called).
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I think you need a letter of termination first but check with your ip and also with your local court as to whether this is necessary or not. Some courts are different to others.

Your IP will need to follow the default provisions set by the terms of the IVA proposal. This may involve calling a meeting of your creditors to determine that the IVA should be terminated

hi creakyspice
Please consider very carefully how many IVA payments you have already made and seek advice from your IP before doing anything. It is such a shame to go into BR after you have gone to the trouble of getting an IVA. Good luck with whatever you choose to do.Best wishes.
