Dear benny333
I am sorry you are concerned about the change in your income and expenditure.
We clearly should have done more to put your mind at rest – I am sorry, we certainly don't want to cause you unnecessary worry.
Although you have had an increase in income, you now also have additional expenses and providing this can be evidenced if requested then you don’t need to worry, this will be taken into consideration against your increased earnings.
We think we’ve identified you on our system and my colleague Steve Grogan is trying to reach you by phone today. I am sure we can resolve this for you quickly.

Muggins,
we had lower costs too when I was on mat leave and agreed to put some allowances to 0 such as hairdressing which need to go back on.
I have called again today because it is causing me a lot of stress (we never want to have money issues ever again!) and it is being dealt with by FJ who are going to call me next week thankfully so I will breathe then :0)
