Congratulations xx
I was hoping for a proper certificate to hang on the wall. A permanent reminder never to return to old ways!

Thanks everyone for your kind words
My completion certificate hasn't made its way to the insolvency register yet but in fairness it's only been a week
The first 2 years maybe didn't go as quick as the last 4 did, as they really did fly
Best wishes to everyone and to the newer forum members remember to ask any questions you wish as that's the idea of the forum

Fingers crossed for you 12 months to go, hopefully not too much longer and then you won't be on IR. Good luck for the future, your xmas seems very bright now. x
Om shanti, namesté, good luck to all who are embarking on the IVA journey, it isn't always an easy one but the outcome is the best.

thanks Orchid5
im rooting for you and suspect that what will happen is that all of a sudden, your case will be finalised and then certificate issued. Granted its become more complictaed than most and it certainly shows 2 things in my mind, namely the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing and secondly, that due to the huge amount of PPI claims DFD are pushing, there appears to be a distinct lack of due diligience, as if this was not the case then why on earth where EIF sent your PPI cheque ?? when indeed they hadnt even lodged the claim
However from your previous post on your own thread, it appears EIF have been upfront, honest and very understanding of the farcical situation you & they have found themselves in.
Anyway , less about you more about me !! ive found myself a bit skint this month due to an indulgent purchase ( used debit card no credit still ) so have had to resort to some clever food shopping, that brought back the earlier days of my IVA. I will be living on cheap food for the next 2 weeks and it will be a real challenge, although in reality no where near the challenge faced at some points over the last 6 years.
Enjoy the weekend all, no matter how skint we may be !! and remember , many Morrisons ready meals are currently only £1.04.... more reasons to shop at morrisons !!!

Thank you 12 months to go and i hope you enjoy your Morrisons meals lol.
I think you are more than overdue for a little spending spree and at least you have acknowledged this, i bet pre IVA you wouldn't have done so and carried on. I bet your christmas will be a fantastic one though, i know mine will despite all that is going on at the moment.
I do have to agree with you regarding the left and right hand, hopefully it will sort itself out and to be honest my estimation of EIF has somewhat improved of late in light of all that has been done by a young man called Daniel, i do hope though that he hasn't found himself under the spotlight for having brought this to my attention.
I'm sure those 2 weeks will fly by as has this year in all honesty, good luck and best wishes, keep those posts coming. xx

Hi Jais and welcome, the email below is the one i have for Judith, i would also copy your IP into it as well, have you got any outstanding PPI claims as this could be what is holding your case up? However they should have the decency to tell you this, good luck hope you get somewhere soon. xxxx
