Sorry Christine that you are still waiting I think we must be two of the longest waiting for closure. You are 2 months ahead of me. GT now chasing me to see why I refused to claim PPI. They were going to send out the paperwork last Friday but to date it has not arrived. I have agreed to sign even though I have not been misold but if I don't I may never get my certificate. I just wonder what will happen when we reach 72 months since last payment ?

We are still waiting after over 2 years for a certificate, so we also can understand how G b***** T is getting so much bad press. Perhaps they should warn the poor sods who decide to have a IVA DON'T!!
never ending pain

I simply don't understand why a case takes two years to close. What resaons are they giving you for this disappointed, and have you been with them since the start or was your case transferred to them as a result of a portfolio sale?

Hi

Christine I think you may have misread Lesleys reply, she was in total agreement with yoy and the fact that GT are not looking very good at the moment to anyone looking in from the outside

This is going to fast turn in to a GT site, as everyone is so fed up of their constant rubbish and lies that they keep spouting out, I couldn't care less if Karol logs on, she needs to sort the problem out at GT not just log on here and make even more false promises, we get enough of that c**p from GT as it is.
Yes, I have had all the promises and still waiting for my CC, I'd prefer it if they said nothing rather than lie.

Andy

I am concerned about the number of posts about the same topics at the moment, which is probably detracting from people genuinely wanting support about other relative issues. Is it possible to have one section of the forum specifically for complaints against IPs?

That is a good suggestion Mel. As well as keeping the body of the forum clearer for other queries it will give a central point for those wondering who to use to see what the "world" thinks of the service they are getting.

However, we do need to babalnce this with a section for praise for IP's, too.
