personaly i would stay clear of them with their three strikes system, there agents not knowing what is going in and out of your account and the internet banking service not updating it self for days allowing you to move money out of your account when you have used your card.
Its upto you

As long as you keep your account in order there won't be a problem with them and they are highly recommended by a great many of our posters.

Keep a spreadsheet or paper record of some sort of what has gone out and there shouldn't be any worries with it.

All of that, Stu, can be taken care of with careful budgeting.

But surely going BR or into an IVA is the wake up call to start budgetig carefully? Even after all these years I still keep track of everything on a spreadsheet rather than rely on a bank's internet banking.

I don't use a spreadsheet but Nationwide update every day but I know exactly what is going in and coming out of the account every day.

I still tend to check online daily, and, yes, amounts don't show up right away, but I know I have spent £xx in Tesco etc, and deduct accordingly.

Hi there

I've just searched credit cruncher leeds and found a company based in leeds called credit cruncher northern , not sure if this is the company you used ? But a " 2nd strike off action " is shown for August this year. Does this mean they are no longer trading ? Maybe one of the experts will better understand what this means than I do
Last payment made April 2012
Certificate received 1st Nov 2012

I check my bank account at least daily and have a spreadsheet with everything listed incoming and outgoing with dates. I do consider when in an IVA we do tend to be extra cautious with our bank accounts.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

It does state at the top of the page I looked at to do with the original firm that they were dissolved as of 28th November this year so I assume that the firm no longer exists.
