If you cannot speak to Karol, or one of her team who can give you specific advice as to the reasons delaying your closure, you should ask for a telephone meeting with your IP directly so that you get this from the horse's mouth. Are they actually telling you that they do not have a clue why your case cannot be closed?
I was told I cannot speak to my IP either? I guess what you mean is my supervisor? Sorry I'm new on here I just want to get to the bottom of my case but I'm not getting no answers,I left this late due to my dad pass away in jan and my life stop?...... Now I'm trying to get on track but no joy with GT of why?? Answer was another 3month due to Xmas period...

Hi Karol thx I will do,I spoke someone this morning I just got shout from one of your staff .... Really I don't need this,I'm to busy I wake up every morning to go to work at 5am get back home at 8pm 6 days @ week I drive 3hrs at day!!! I never made a compliant in my life I don't need the hassle I don't like to shame ppl and mention names I have they names but won't write on here,I got shout....but I got an answer is true I don't know?? What I want is what is happening sense feb2012. I got a letter of report produced 29feb and nothing else..but reading on here on loads stories I'm so confuse...

I am working afternoons all this week and leave the house by 12:30. Friday I start earlier and leave the house at 12:00. I am at home now and look forward to a call back. I dont know where you have left messages for me as I havent recieved any. No phone calls I have checked my phone no calls to my mobile and no e-mails ?

Still no contact from GT stayed at home all yesterday morning and again today. Had no messages from GT at all. Very frustrating have to go to work at 12:30 so another day gone.
This is GT, are you people really surprised that they don't contact you ??, this is the norm for them and I suppose that whilst they don't contact you they can't give you a load of B******T, welcome to the wonderful world of GT. I'd really laugh about this if GT just weren't so embarrassing, but it's gone beyond the joke with them now. I'[ve had every excuse that they throw out, and probably twice now, just accept they are rubbish and you will not be so disappointed when they let you down, as they will and always will.

GT cant tell the time either, I have clearly stated above the times I leave home this week to start work as I'm AFTERNOONS. GT decide to phone my house at 19:27 when I'm in work. PATHETIC
What is it with some firms, do they not listen to what people tell them and yes they do let themselves down very badly, i was told in two emails a month apart that i would be contacted 'shortly', what does that mean, nothing and that was exactly what i got nothing! What it is saying is 'go away'!

IVA COMPLETED August 2012, received Completion certificate 18.4.13.

Just to let GT know this week I'm working mornings Mon to Thurs I start work at 06:30 and finish around 15:00 getting home by 15:30. Friday I start work at 06:30 and will be home by 14:00. Never know might just get it right this week as I'm still waiting for the call I was supposed to have last week.
