Hi all,

I wanted to post on the forum to update everyone on the variation meetings Payplan have held for all their clients.

In December, we finished holding variation meetings for all our IVA clients. The variation allows us to complete our client's IVAs if they have made all their IVA monthly payments, while giving the Supervisor the power to continue to collect and distribute any PPI compensation, after their IVA has been completed.

This allows clients to receive their completion certificate quicker and allow their credit files to be updated. Over 99.5% of the variations were approved by the creditors. We are now in the process of issuing completion certificates for all our clients who have made their agreed IVA monthly payments.

If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact me directly.
Many Thanks
Gemma

That made me smile Andy, i got fobbed off with an excuse as to why DFD hadn't been able to sort out the VAT and that was because of changing over to a new computer system in September, erm it's now January!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great news for Payplan, putting others to shame now.
Om shanti, namesté, good luck to all who are embarking on the IVA journey, it isn't always an easy one but the outcome is the best.

IVA COMPLETED August 2012, received Completion certificate 18.4.13.

Thank you for your post Gemma, at last some good news for the new year. Dare I ask what are the timescales for sending the completion certificates out or is it just as fast as you can?

I for one have had my little grumbles about not receiving the certificate but at least I now only have a month or so before my credit files should be clear. How time flys when your having fun, something I couldn't have imagined before I entered my iva due to the amount of debt I was in.

Onwards and upwards! [:)]
