Its over! I have my closure docs and certificate! Karol saved the day! Large glass of wine and a huge sigh of relief! Thanks everyone for the advice :)

How long did it eventually take from last payment, if you don't mind me asking?
Last Payment made 04/12/14. Completion Certificate 25/7/15. IVA company GT. No Issues
