Hi,
Happy New Year!
Im in my 5th and final year and I have just been asked to provide a bank statement for the last month for my yearly update (to which i dont receive from my bank - strange as i've never been asked to provide this). I have enquired and I can download a csv file - Please can you let me know if this is acceptable?
Much appreciated

Hi mamasho. Happy New Year
You will need to speak to your own company to see if they can accept csv files. Who are with ?

Do you know what this would be for as they have never asked me for a statement? Just wondering why all of a sudden, in my final year?

I think csv files are fine. - I submitted csv files to Vincent Bond and Melanie's company, and I havn't had anything back yet saying they weren't ok with it, but you might want to call and double check to be on the safe side.

Sorry - I didn't realise that this related to one of my clients until I opened the post (with a little prompt from Foggy for which I am grateful!).
I don't know why we have asked for this - but it will be for a good reason that I am sure. Can you contact me directly please, mamasho, as I cannot recognise you from your forum name. Thanks
